  • Processing fee $0.39 per lb hanging weight
  • Steers dress apprx. 60-65%
You pay us
  • Live weight $1.10 per lb
Animals are delivered to the butcher and you call the next day to give them instructions on how you want it cut etc.
There may be a waiting period due to availability.


Pork

  • Processing fee $0.39 per lb hanging weight
  • Smoking fee $0.35 per lb
  • Pigs dress apprx. 73-75%
You pay us
  • Live weight $0.65 per lb
